It's a great place to work.font class="bold"Construction Technical Representative III- Brighton, MI/fontfont class="bold"The Impact You Will Have:/fontulliPerform daily inspection and documentation of infrastructure projects including road, water main, and sewer construction./liliMaintain daily reports, measurements, calculations, and computation of quantities and ensuring conformance with contract documents/liliCoordinate and schedule construction survey staking and materials testing as required/liliTracking and verification of contractor quantities and construction progress/liliReview of contractor pay applications/liliMust be able to communicate effectively with project engineers, clients, contractors, and residents./liliMay be required to work long hours and in adverse weather conditions as project dictates/li/ulfont class="bold"What You Will Need:/fontulliMinimum BS or related field/liliA minimum of 5 years of related work experience (i.e. construction observation, construction materials testing, surveying, civil engineering courses, etc.)/liliValid driver's license required/liliAbility to understand engineering plans and specifications/liliStrong communication and math skills are required/liliMust be dependable and be detail-oriented/liliExperience in construction of utilities, sewers, water main, roads is a strong plus/liliExperience in MDOT Fieldbook/FieldManager software is a plus./li/ulAlfred Benesch Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Affirmative Action/ Disability/ Protected VeteranEmployer.
