Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a highly self-motivated, well-organized Assistant Project Manager to support our client's Project Management team.
Projects will include building renewal and repair to broad spectrum of building types throughout Client’s portfolio.
Project scope could include building envelope, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT, retail and kitchen systems.
This position could provide growth opportunities for the ideal candidate.
Assistant Project Manager to be responsible for supporting the Business Dining team in client contact and needs assessment, data management and analysis of ongoing project workload, management of master technical contracts, and roll-up reporting of project status.
Act as liaison between Aramark, client stakeholders and the operations team.
Leverage stakeholders across Aramark lines of business to assist the client team in its needs; primarily, but not limited to the retail, food, and beverage spaces.
Act as SME and take lead on evaluating new technologies in the F&B spaces for client and operations team consideration.
Direct/attend meetings as required to understand project scope, reach mutual agreements with on-site labor, and ensure efficient delivery of project scope holding labor/sub-contractors accountable for timely/cost effective/quality delivery of services.
Possess at a minimum: an Associates Degree; or an equivalent level of professional work experience.
Experience in the construction or facilities management industry a plus.
Highly developed interpersonal, computer, analytical, and communication skills (oral & written).
Technical writing and understanding basic construction and facilities systems terminology.
The ability to successfully interact in a professional setting directly with multiple diverse clients is a pre-requisite.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced project management environment, receiving client phone calls and communications, accurately documenting the client's requests and communicating needs to the project team, tracking project information, generating reports of project status, providing Client follow up.
Rely on organizational support to independently and collaboratively develop and refine processes for project tracking and reporting.
