Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited college or university; CIDA and NAAB accredited program preferred
4 years of related professional experience
Conceptual thinking and thorough knowledge of 3D software in multiple scales of design
Collaborative, flexible, innovative and proactive approach to work
Well-organized approach and the ability to the design process with strong attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet deadlines and develop next steps within projects teams
Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
Personal qualities of creativity, independence and initiative; reliable, professional approach; and, most importantly, high levels of ethical and moral integrity
Certificates preferred: NCIDQ, LEED, WELL, NCARB

Pophouse is seeking a 3D Interior Designer formally trained and willing to operate in a fast-paced, creative and culture-driven studio. This team member possesses experience in interiors and architectural design. As a member of the design team, this team member possesses a strong understanding of 3D design software, a keen interest in visualization and a passion for design. In order to support the design and project teams, this person must be a highly motivated individual with excellent design, analytical and communication skills.
Originate, collaborate and develop creative designs in the 3D format, design documents and other original content for both interior design and industrial design
Collaborate and innovate with design teams to help visualize the designs and produce visual representations, such as renderings and Virtual Reality output
Prepare presentations and graphic renderings of plans, elevations and 3D views for client meetings
Facilitate and participate in communication and collaboration in project team meetings to support project goals
Work with senior design staff and leadership to develop innovative design solutions that reflect the client’s goals, brand and culture
Participate in design reviews and charrettes with design team and senior leadership

Started in 2013, Pophouse is a team of interior, industrial and environmental graphic designers and strategists focused on positively impacting people through design.
