This newly created position is a unique opportunity to support project development and completion for recently acquired and existing properties. This role will recommend projects to the Regional Facilities Managers and Director, and supervise completion of approved and existing projects.In the near term, this position will include a heavy focus on our recently acquired Rainbow Child Care Center brand, creating and initiating capital and expense projects that will improve the experience for centers, families, and staff. As the nation's largest provider of early childhood education, this is an amazing time to work on meaningful projects that have large-scale business impact.Job Responsibilities:* Develop, organize, and supervise project plans; includes documentation, schedules, forecasting, planning, issue/risk, budget management, escalations, meeting facilitation, and status reporting* Navigate projects to successful completion by influencing stakeholders at various levels* Engage Regional Facilities Managers and Director as appropriate for site specific scopes of work* Initiate and maintain good communication channels for project cycle* Manage contractor relationships to ensure SLAs are met* Review and approve change orders as needed* Maintain Service Channel and procedural processes for records and payment* Ensure successful delivery of company goals by overcoming project and budget obstacles that pose a risk to project completion* Communicate to various levels within the organization* Possess a passion and curiosity for finding the right solution in the simplest way* Other departmental support duties as assignedKinderCare Education is an Equal Opportunity employer.
