Job Description:

  • Supports basic project needs by providing Project Management related inputs as required.

  • ncludes work breakdown structure, scope change control, and issue management.

  • Assists project manager with project delivery by:

  • Coordinating resources’ schedules

  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings

  • Documenting meeting minutes, action items, decisions, risks and issues

  • Monitoring, analyzing and following up on open items

  • Creating and updating project workplans

  • Preparing various status reports

  • Interfacing with various departments, senior management and individuals external to organization


  • High school graduate or GED equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ health care related experience
