The right candidate will be driven and have great attention to detail. They need to understand the ins and outs of drain work and be able to lead a team. They will be well organized, identify potential issues, and come up with solutions. The Drain Layer / Lead Sewer Installer will be expected to conduct themselves with professionalism both on and off the job site.

The Big Task
The Drain Layer / Lead Sewer Installer will be responsible for executing drain/sewer jobs and coaching plumbing install apprentices to improve their ability to complete job responsibilities.
· Problem solve potential issues on the job site
· Clearly communicate processes/expectations with customers and team members
· Operate machinery to perform activities such as excavating, backfilling, trenching, etc.
· Understand safe working loads and signals
· Handle trench boxes
· Have a firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance
· Work on efficiencies to manage and drive down job costs
· Provide all customers with a 5-star experience

· Maintain a Net Promoter Score of 90+
Desired Skills & Experience
If you can accomplish the objectives and tasks above, then you’ve got what it takes. Realistically, you must have a valid driver's license, been driving for at least five years, and be able to pass a background check and drug test. A CDL and a Plumbing License are a plus.
