Fahrner Asphalt Sealers Sales Representative/Project Manager in Iron River, Michigan
We are seeking a qualified Sales Representative/Project Manager to join our team!
The Sales Representative/Project Manager’s job function will include project management through building process as well as responsible to develop new customers and maintain business relationships with an established large commercial and municipal customer base in the Upper Peninsula Michigan and Northern Wisconsin area.
Ability to generate new as well as maintain current client relationships and provide customer support
Self-driven and motivated to meet and exceed Company goals
Directly manage projects in multiple phases including design, estimate, bid, construction, administrative, logistics and support
Interface field and office with crews, operations, management, subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, and project owners
Ensure policies and procedures are followed, work and safety standards are maintained and schedules are met
Maintain a high regard for safety for employees and general public
This position is full-time. Work duties and tasks may require extended work hours, travel and work occurring on weekends.
