Snow Removal Heavy Equipment Operator
DJ?s Landscape Management is seeking on-call snow removal operators to join our team this winter. Candidates for this position must be available November through the last snow storm of the season. This is a team effort, which means you will work with other Team Members to safely and efficiently and complete each assignment. We emphasize high-quality service, which calls for Team Members to be punctual and dependable for us to be successful.

Base Pay: $19-$22 / hour, depending on experience
Higher base pay possible for candidates with extensive, relevant experience

Team Member Responsibilities
Complete Safety Training
Operate heavy equipment
Learn a specific route of customer sites
Complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
Complete work safely and without accidents or incidents
Utilize effective communication for on the job issues that may arise
Complete paperwork detailing hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner
Communicate to area supervisors via smart phone
Requirements
18+ years of age
Professional experience operating heavy equipment
Candidates must have experience operating wheel loaders, skid steers, agricultural tractors, tractor- trailers, and / or bulldozers
Valid US Driver's License with no restrictions (no CDL required)
Available for on-call work; flexible schedule for nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
Able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation
