ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day.

  • Ability to adjust to seasonal temperatures.

  • Must have great attitude and willingness to “do what it takes”

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs .

  • Must be a team player.


  • Be very versatile and perform duties required for sprayfoam application.

  • Experience in fire stopping, and/or waterproofing is very desirable.

  • Prior commercial sprayfoam experience preferred but we are willing to train.

  • Peel and stick application experience.

  • Air barrier spray application experience.

  • Ability and willingness to travel, if necessary.

  • Ability to work from high spaces/heights, if necessary.

  • Chauffeur’s license a must with excellent driving record.

  • CDL-A a huge plus but not required.

EDUCATION: GED/High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE: Air barrier spray application experience, peel and stick application experience necessary. Other prior experience desirable.

COMPUTER SKILLS: A minimal level of computer skills.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Those who manage others are expected to have the ability to lead one or a team of individuals to achieve department goals.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment for this position is an outdoor and indoor construction setting. This work environment includes but is not limited to heights and high temperatures.
