Provides overall direction to a project or group of projects of considerable size, scope and complexity. Ensures the accurate completion of all work products, proper quality control / quality assurance measures are in place consistent with corporate guidelines, and work procedures are performed in a safe manner. Responsible for management and oversight of self-perform projects and work performed by subconsultants and subcontractors.
