The Project Manager, Talent Acquisition, will actively manage multiple full lifecycle projects simultaneously with global, multi-functional scope. Empower the TA function through excellent project management and problem-solving practices by enabling TA’s strategy with efficient, reliable planning and implementation for project execution. Leverage TA’s project management framework and governance structure to track project progress, identify and manage risks, and execute deliverables to achieve project goals.

What you will do

Actively manage global, multi-functional, full-cycle projects, at times multiple simultaneously, that assist TA in driving process improvements, business transformations, system integrations and technology innovations

Serve as SME on TA’s project management framework, coaching project team members on proper utilization of project tools, resources and methodologies and contribute to the advancement of standard project resources to improve the repeatability, quality and speed for which projects are implemented

Ensure assigned projects follow the defined PMO framework and assist project lead in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical and resource feasibility

Track, monitor and articulate project progress, risks and decisions and escalate project when necessary to ensure on-time quality project delivery

Organize and facilitate project activities including facilitating project kick-off / team meetings, tracking action items, project risks, deliverables, decisions, and project communications

Support project lead in presenting / articulating project status, risks and updates to tollgate committee members during various project tollgate reviews

Establish plans necessary for project implementation including project plan, communication, risk management, change management, testing, configuration, training, and operational sustainment planning

Manage and document changes to project scope, schedule, and cost

Partner with project lead and sponsors to identify required project resources, build project team cohesion, create a safe and inclusive environment for all team members to actively participate and provide input

Influence, mentor, and motivate the project team to ensure team efficiency, cooperation, and morale. In this capacity, serve as an escalation point for issues experienced within the project team and support resolution of conflicts and project issues

Partner with manager to coordinate project portfolio update meetings, manage project dashboards and scorecards, deliver leadership and/or global functional project updates

What you Need

BS/BA Degree

4 years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or Project Management experience

Demonstrated success in managing or leading a full-life cycle project and experience with project management tools, concepts or framework

Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, plan multi-phase approaches, manage time and prioritize key actions

Highly motivated, results-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication and relationship skills

Strong relationship builder and collaborator with ability to partner, influence and work with all levels

Flexibility with work schedule to support project coordination needs of a global team

What is nice to have

PMI or PMP certification

Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt

Experience using Lean Methodologies, practical problem-solving or continuous improvement tools

Experience within Talent Acquisition, understanding the full-cycle recruitment process #LI-Remote
