This individual will also be responsible for supervising subcontractor performance, ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements, managing the start-up of the project, reviewing costs against estimates for each total project, and updating labor productivity reports.Individual assignments will vary based on project scope, phase, and job requirements.Qualifications:Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree related to the construction industry and 7 years' experience in construction project management, with exposure to automotive and/or manufacturing projects. Specific experience related to managing self-perform equipment installation (tooling, conveyor, and associated structural steel modifications) is required.
